Since 1980, beekeeping and honey have been part of our family’s story. Sara’s father began this journey in Romania, where his love for bees and honest honey became a lifelong commitment. After escaping the communist regime, he came to the United States, carrying with him the tradition, discipline, and love for bees that had shaped his life.
Today, Sara’s Honey proudly carries that legacy forward, honoring a story of resilience, freedom, and respect for nature. Our honey is sourced from California blossoms and bottled with care, preserving the values that began it all: purity, patience, and honest work. For more than 45 years, this family tradition has lived through every jar.
